Sizing, Pricing, and Costs

Champion's quality was good but its sizing is unlike any other sweatshirt I've had. The L was more like an XL in comparison to all my other L sweatshirts. I returned the L and was sent a M, on my request.

But here is where David's lengthy criticism of "the big bully-boys of online stores" falls apart. When I buy from one of those stores or off Amazon.com, I can return virtually any purchase, not have to box it up or label it, and it costs me nothing. All of that takes me less than a minute at a UPS Store that is less than a mile from me. I had to box up this return and the UPS shipping cost was $18.81. That made my cost for the sweatshirt almost $100. (The USPS shipping cost would have been over $36.)

Clothing items on your site need to have customer feedback. It's useful for both customer and store personnel. If there had been comments that my sweatshirt, size L, runs large, I probably would have bought a M to begin with. This review may help the store, but is unseen by customers.
